Hypnotherapy Register and abide by its code of conduct. Also I am a committee member of the hypnotherapy register The REBHP which believes strongly in using evidence based techniques in therapy.
How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions is discussed and agreed on the first session and varies between clients.
Smoking often takes just one session and other issues may take 3 to 5 sessions but one or two may be enough.
How long are they?
All general sessions are 80 minutes.
The stop smoking sessions are for 90 minutes.
What hours do you practise?
I can do an early weekday at 8am and work through the day and do a late weekday at 6.30pm.
I usually do not work weekends.
I am a registered therapist. Your GP may refer you to my practice.
